Meet Gal

Hey! My name is Gal. I believe in movement as a concept: I think we constantly try to get better at anything we do, because standing still just doesn’t work. I’m always looking for the next thing I could learn and take in, and hopefully share with you with the goal of helping you become better – at anything you do.
Hey! My name is Gal and I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2014. It completely changed my life, brought me a sense of understanding of the world around me, and gave me tools that I could use to better myself. I have competed for a season in Olympic Weightlifting through Maccabi Tel Aviv, and have previously been the main content creator for Snatcher – the Israeli CrossFit Community Website.
I hope to see you in CrossFit Judean Mountains!



Meet Miri

Miri has been Crossfitting since March 2015, beginning her training in Jerusalem.
She developed a passion for the sport and for helping others to achieve their fitness goals and went on to coach in a number of boxes both in Jerusalem and in London.
She has taken part in a variety of CrossFit competitions over the years.

Miri holds her CF-L1 certification and she is a Wingate Institute Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

She is a Certified Functional Gymnastics Instructor having studied under Matan Bello through the Si’im Center.

Miri holds a BA in Art History from The Hebrew University and currently lives in Tel Aviv where she will soon be studying Musical Theatre.
